TLV Fast Lane ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Name, phone number, email, flight details, hotel address, number of passengers and special requests that you send through our booking form, WhatsApp, email or phone. Our website also records standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through Cloudflare and, if enabled, Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.

Why we use it

To quote, confirm and deliver the service you asked for, to share your name and flight with the greeter, driver and airport VIP operator who serve you, to send you the confirmation and your driver's details, and to comply with Israeli law. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Where it is stored

Booking requests are delivered to our email and WhatsApp Business account and kept for up to 3 years for accounting purposes. Website data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and security) and, if enabled, Google LLC (analytics).

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to bookings@liorasraf.online.
