The fleet
Mercedes E-Class
Up to 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases. Leather, climate control, Wi-Fi, bottled water. The standard for couples and business travellers.
Mercedes V-Class
Up to 6 passengers and 8 suitcases. Facing seats, sliding doors, ideal for families and small groups.
Mercedes Sprinter
Up to 14 passengers with luggage trailer available. Quoted per trip for groups, weddings and tour parties.
Surcharges and policy
- Night, Shabbat and holidays: +15% for pick-ups between 20:00 and 07:00, from Friday 16:00 until Saturday night, and on Jewish holidays.
- Waiting: 60 minutes after landing included; $25 per additional 30 minutes. If your flight is delayed, waiting time starts from the actual landing time, free.
- Extra stops: $25 per stop on the way (up to 15 minutes).
- Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
- Payment: card link after confirmation, or cash to the driver (USD, EUR or ILS).
Why not just take a taxi from the rank?
Taxis at Ben Gurion run on the meter plus airport, night and luggage supplements, and the line at the rank can be long after a big arrival wave. A pre-booked private transfer gives you a fixed price in writing, a driver who already knows your hotel, a car that is waiting when you land, and a WhatsApp number to reach if anything changes. For two or more people it usually costs the same or less than a metered taxi to Jerusalem.

Where exactly does the driver wait at Ben Gurion?
In the Terminal 3 arrivals hall, just past the customs exit, holding a sign with your name. Your driver's name and mobile number are sent to you the day before. If you booked VIP fast track, your greeter walks you straight to the car.
How long is the transfer from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem?
About 50 minutes on Highway 1 outside rush hour, up to 75 minutes on weekday mornings and Thursday evenings.
Can I book a return transfer to the airport?
Yes, at the same price. For departures we pick you up 3 hours before an international flight, or 2 hours if you also booked our VIP departure service.
Are child seats available?
Yes, infant and booster seats are free. Tell us the children's ages when booking.
